At Ringtones, we stand behind the quality of our high-end audio and electronic devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Electronics

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
